Citromax processes both conventional and organic lemons to produce essential oils, concentrated lemon juice, and other citrus derivatives. To meet the growing demand for organic and non-GMO ingredients, its processing facility in Tucumán, Argentina, was certified as an Organic Processing Facility in 2004 and holds EC 834/2007 and 889/2008, JAS, and NOP certifications.
